Technical Analyst – Triage
Accurate Network Services Inc. is on the hunt for a master-class Service Desk Triage Technical Analyst to join our team of lovable computer geeks. The person who holds this role is the voice at the end of the line triaging customer requests to the right people on the service desk.
Are you our next Triage Technical Analyst? If so, your glass is half full. You’re a purveyor of galaxy-class customer service who empathizes with the technologically-illiterate; while fluent in technical jargon, you are also well-versed in “plain English.” You are the gatekeeper of the service desk and the first point of contact for our clients. You’re cleaning up the streets of Gotham (if Batman kept excellent ticket notes, that is), and prioritize like it’s a superpower. You think creatively, forging new paths where none exist, and are eager to get your feet wet in this entry level IT role. And hey — while you may have a year’s training in computer and network troubleshooting, experience is not necessary as we will train you in everything you need to know!
