Watch: Top 5 Questions To Ask About Your Network

What We Do

We translate business needs into technology solutions.

Focus on your business, not your computer systems.

Your computer system and network needs to be a tool, not a liability. Like any important tool, maintenance should be provided proactively so problems are resolved before they impact you or your business. We provide tested, reliable solutions for our clients and we stand behind them.

Improve performance as well as efficiencies.

We understand that your investment in technology needs to have a positive and tangible impact on your business. Whether it be using technology to organize files and move away from paper storage, or allowing remote users to stay connected to the office – opportunities abound!

We’re there whenever you need us.

We become a single point of contact for any and all of your IT and computer related needs. Available after-hours and weekends, we are there for our clients whenever a problem occurs. High priority issues are dealt with immediately. No call centers, no automated voice services, no delay.

Keep on top of all your support costs.

Clients have access to a ‘support portal’, whereby they have access to all open / closed support requests that we have dealt with. Easy reporting on the number and type of issues being encountered can be viewed online. Every issue is documented and made available to our clients.

Who We Are

Luke Williamson

Luke Williamson, MCSE

Operator

Luke has been in the IT field his entire life--never being interested in a job that wasn’t related to computers. His forte is finding practical solutions to business problems through the use of technology. When he isn’t working with clients, or knee-deep in a project, you might find him out on the ski hill, at the gym, or sipping tea at home with his cat Oliver.

Ben Habing

Ben Habing, MCSE, CCNA

IT Strategist

Ben has been working in IT for the past 13 years in senior roles helping companies deliver superior solutions for their business. He's lived, eaten, and breathed tech for as long as he can remember. He is one of the best in filtering out the nuggets and garbage from the hype. In his spare time, he likes long walks on the beach and winter camping (how else you do you think he lost his hair? Certainly not from his 5 kids!).

Kristi McCullough

Kristi McCullough, CGA, BCOM

Director of Process Improvement

Kristi has always had a passion for IT and business processes. She has had a variety of experience in system administration, technical support, developing business processes and accounting. In her spare time, she loves anything music related, being active, NFL football and spending time with family and friends.

Thomas Luedersdorf

Thomas Luedersdorf, MCP

Director of Technical Services

Thomas is involved with all aspects of system administration and client relations. From complex projects to every-day support requests, he focuses on providing practical, simple, and long-term solutions to our clients. While Thomas is not working or staying on top of industry trends, he can be found camping, travelling, or working out at the gym.

Kevin MacDermott

Kevin MacDermott

Technical Support

Kevin loves all aspects of technology. He has been around computers his whole life. Telecommunications is another passion, with years of installation experience he is all about working with the customer and providing a great experience. When not at work you can find Kevin in the mountains snowboarding, hiking or just being in nature.

Mark Kroening

Mark Kroening

Technical Support

Mark is a longtime tech enthusiast and DIYer. He has spent some time working in the mean shops of Nisku doing labour jobs but he has always dreamed of putting his computer skills to use in a professional manner. In his spare time he enjoys getting together with his pals for some board games or heading to the pub on wings night.

Steven Hillaby

Steven Hillaby, CCNA
